We would like the ability to generate texts from items within our CDK business system to Expert Connect. For example: When a customer has parts that have been ordered and they are receipted in, this would create an EC text to the customer alerting them that their parts order had come in. We can do this today through a CDK system called ID Alerts but it is a 'no reply text'. CDK does have their own integrated texting platform that would allow the ability to do this as well as text customers directly through a parts sales invoice or work order. At this time, we are sticking with Expert Connect for our company texting platform and we are trying to avoid having to have multiple texting platforms to accomplish all that we would like to be able communicate to/from our customers.
