Hello. This was rolled to production yesterday and is currently behind a feature flag on ExpertConnect's side. Meaning that if you are interested in this capability please let us know.
This feature was mainly developed for other regions in the world with different consent laws. Currently the flow would be the customer hears the recording that the call may be recorded for quality, training, and learning purposes but then they would also hear a new message asking them to press 1 to accept the call being recorded or 2 to decline.
