A feature I think would be really cool is if ticket tags were automatically assigned based on what I put in the ticket title. For example, if I'm transferring a machine between organizations and title the ticket "Move Machine", it automatically assigns the "Terminal Transfer" tag my team has. In the team settings we could customize what tags could be automatically assigned and what words trigger them.
