Assigned ticket notification

It gives a Notification Symbol with a number next to it on the Dashboard when this happens. So, when it's assigned to someone, that person would see this on their Dashboard.

Victor Kostyk On my screen resolution the notifications are off the screen. I rarely scroll to the side to check and see if there are new ones. Especially since with the notification spam we get even when things are proceeding normally there is almost always something popped up there. That number means nothing, and I'm not taking the time to check them all just in case I missed something important.
There needs to be a clear "This has been reassigned to you" note that is separate from the rest of the notification pile.

Tim Winter Yes depending on your monitor, and your resolution you need to run EC at 75-90% zoom in order to see the whole Dashboard. We have everyone have it set this way, as monitoring the dashboard properly requires this. That and the pop up notifications if you are off the screen not looking at your EC in Browser.
