Hello, it would be useful to be able for each advisor to change their status: available, not present, busy... with a color mark. Also, when the advisor puts his status away or busy, calls would not be directed to him.

This is also something Expert Connect is working on into the future updates, I believe once they have the Microsoft Integration of Teams etc. It will show status of Advisors as you suggested above.

It would be helpful to see the status of all advisors in the filtered team on the dashboard page. For decentralized teams, a coordination would be much easier if everybody can see who is on the phone right now, working (typing) in a ticket, or available for a call. It should be adjustable for situations we leave the desk etc.
In addition to this, it should be possible to include the outlook calendar availability of each advisor.
(similar to the status you can see and adjust in ms-teams)

After ending a call through the web dashboard, the Silence Calls pop-up shows up but new calls still come through to the app on cell phone.

Currently on Call status
Show call status of Advisor on the tickets menu and within ticket details. The intent of this is to allow other Advisors to see if the Advisor is actively on a call with the customer.

It would be nice if there would be like a red dot or maybe the advisors name changes colors when they are on a call. It would just be nice to know that way calls don't get transferred to that advisor or we can inform the customer that the advisor is busy.

This is would be nice, but I think this should have to be approved by the Manager of the team prior to it happening. This can avoid and or negate any improper use or behavior's of staff.
