We have numerous customer lists and new lists from multiple sources occur everyday. We need a tool that uses AI to associate our list of contacts in ExpertConnect with specific segments to send Broadcasts. Recently I wanted to add a segment to 360 of our 58,000 contacts to create a Broadcast sharing a PUK promotion. It seems that one of the only effective available methods is to search, sort and apply segments.
