Don't require a phone number to sign up new advisors. We use our X-ID's to log in, why can't we just use those to add new advisors to our teams. This would allow any Dealership employee who isn't issued a company phone to sign up without using their personal phone number.

Good news. When you go to invite a new Advisor to your team you will notice that the first field is John Deere User ID. This is required. You will also notice that Phone number is present but is no longer required.

The person who you have invited should then be able to Sign In/Up with their ID.

Ian Zimmerman, I can see we can invite new staff members with their John Deere ID which is great. For existing staff though we want to be able to remove their mobile numbers which we don't seem to be able to do, will this also be coming?

This will be coming in the very near future. As you've seen the last couple of months we've been communicating the need to ensure all employees have their X-ID entered within their account.

Soon we will be allowing you to invite by X-ID (only), and once an account is verified then we will allow the removal of a phone number on an account.

I believe the removal of numbers / or log in information to only require X-ID's is coming eventually down the road in future updates.
