I agree that being able to customize the response would be great! If we have a missed call then we must call the person back to assess priority, location of the issue and issue details. Many times we have to stop working a ticket to gather this needed detail only to find out it is a lower priority than the ticket you left.
Custom automated SMS responses would be a good start. Furthering this idea would be to add a conversation chat bot into this flow. If someone calls or text in, check if they have an open ticket, if yes, then automate a response to ask if they are contacting about ticket XYZ or contacting about a new issue. If new issue, then take them through the flow of gathering the needed info - machine, location and issue description.

Be able to change the auto-reply SMS messages. We would like to include something along the lines of "for emergency afterhours please call, texts will be replied to during business hours"
