Add segments for Customer within ticket

Ability to add segments from within a ticket. (i.e. "customer's preferred store location", large ag, hay, government etc.)
For example, a customer calls and requests to speak to a certain location. When we add that customer contact name to the ticket, we should also have the ability to add their preferred store location. This would remove the need to ask the same question next time they call. If they ask for service you already know which location to send them to. As of now, you have to go into the Contacts tab, search the name, and add a segment. This is not an efficient method, especially when you have a chance to update at the time they call.

Hi Nathan - this is available inside of a ticket today. If you select the pencil icon next to "Segments" when the customer calls in on that open ticket, you can add or remove any segments for the customer there instead of having to go to the contacts page:
