Having the ability to add contacts from the mobile app would be highly beneficial. Majority of calls for technicians/consultants are taken on the road or in the field on the phone. Nothing is more frustrating than getting calls from unknown numbers when you're already working on a job, all for it to happen again if the contact isn't created after the call. Which, is highly likely since there's days that go by when I might not login into EC Web but always have my phone.
