Add Broadcast Tracking to customer History

We use the broadcast feature to send out renewal notices to customers for subscriptions. We would like to either get broadcasts included in customer ticket history or have an additional tab with broadcasts listed. This way, we can look up whether a person received broadcasts without leaving the customer ticket.

This would be a great feature. Currently, when sending out a broadcast, if the customer responds it seems like just a random text message and contains no context about what they are replying for.
