This is a need to be able to define who to contact for operations that have multiple folks. The Machine Monitoring Specialist, customer success, service, parts, etc need to list different operators or employees. This is critical to have the same information/capability that is in the DBS (specifically JDSO) and Op Center.

Add additional "Operation Center ID" field to the contact page, see attachment. Link this operation Center automatically to all tickets, that advisor don´t need to select the OPC account anymore.
