Ability to open a ticket in a dashboard we're in

Some of the users send 2 tickets in one. To have a better followup, I need to create another ticket but it seems I can't since I am a member of the team or I don't know why? It seems I can't be an advisor a customer at the same time. I don't think it's efficient to use another email adress to create a ticket in my own team.
