Our auditing process requires a PDF copy of emails and notes regarding specific instances, can we get an 'export to PDF' option included that prints the ticket, from original source to conclusion, including private notes to PDF please? If it could also have a section that captures the resolution and details pane, that would be great but the ticket only would be amazing.
